Project Description
Help create a bilingual digital hub for French education and culture in Ohio

The French American Educational and Cultural (FAEC) Foundation is seeking a student intern to help develop the content and structure for a new interactive webpage that highlights the Foundation’s mission and connects the Ohio community with resources on French education, language, culture, and exchange throughout the state.
A professional web-design company will develop the website itself. The intern will work with the FAEC president and director to define the content, organize the information, and develop the overall structure and format of the site. The webpage will be available in both English and French, making French proficiency an essential qualification for the position.
The project will involve identifying and organizing resources such as French programs at schools and universities, cultural organizations, community groups, educational resources, events, and opportunities for French-American exchange.

What you will do
• Research and identify French educational and cultural resources throughout Ohio
• Develop and organize the content and structure of the webpage
• Prepare and adapt content in both French and English
• Curate links, resources, events, and other relevant information
• Work with the web-design company to communicate content and organizational needs
• Help ensure that the final website is engaging, accessible, and useful to both French- and English-speaking audiences
