Date
March 10, 2026 | All day
Location
Ohio Union
Description
The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum is Ohio State University’s premier showcase of undergraduate research excellence. Since 1995, this annual event has highlighted the innovative work of graduating student researchers from across all academic disciplines. Participants present faculty‑mentored research projects to the broader university community through competitive poster presentations, evaluated by faculty, staff, and Denman alumni reviewers.

The forum provides a unique opportunity for students to demonstrate their ability to communicate their research process, findings, and impact through both written poster content and accompanying oral presentations. Each project is reviewed by multiple evaluators, and top presenters in each category are honored at an awards reception with a certificate of scholarship, placement medallion, ribbon, and cash prize.

Beyond recognizing student achievement, the Denman Research Forum celebrates the dedication of faculty research mentors and fosters a vibrant culture of inquiry at Ohio State. The event is open to visitors who wish to learn more about the exceptional research being conducted by Ohio State’s undergraduate scholars.
