Project Description
We are interested in understanding the mechanisms involved in the formation of germ granules, a type of mysterious biomolecular condensates. Working primarily on nematodes and cell lines, our group studying the role of germ granules in gene regulation and epigenetic inheritance.

Required or Desired skills: 1. Actively seeks opportunities to increase skills; 2. General experience in molecular biology (PCR, DNA and RNA isolation, cloning); 3. Able to use experience to perform a variety of new techniques.
