Project Description
Write Python code to perform signal processing on wearable sensor data collected during gait testing in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Functions to write include: time series plots; phase space plots; calculation of short FFT, wavelet spectrum, cross wavelet spectrum. Code that performs these functions already exists in the programming language that accompanies the software package Igor (Wavemetrics). The existing code can be used for direct translation of individual routines, or for demonstration of desired functionality.
