NEW! The Buck Tank is a event sponsored by The Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Inquiry designed to encourage students who are new to research to develop an idea for a research project that relates to the Columbus community. The students will have an opportunity to present their idea to a panel of judges.
What is the Buck Tank?
The Buck Tank is open to any Ohio State undergraduate, in any field of study, who has not conducted research previously. Selected presenters will be tasked with pitching a research or creative inquiry idea related to the Columbus community to a panel of judges. Those deemed as the best will receive an alloted amount of funding to initiate their project.
Who is eligible to participate in the Buck Tank?
Any Ohio State undergraduate student who has not previously conducted research is eligible to apply. We welcome students from all academic disciplines.
When is Buck Tank?
Buck Tank will be a part of the 2018 Autumn Undergraduate Research Festival.
